Proposta urbanística e arquitetônica para a ressaca da Lagoa dos índios - Macapá-AP

Abstract

Currently urban planning brings with it one more issue, which is sustainability, so it is necessary that effective urban planning thinks about the quality of life of people through the good use of the environment, without forgetting the social, economic and cultural components. The area chosen as the object of study in this work is known as Lagoa dos Índios. Lagoa dos Índios, is located in the city of Macapá, capital of the state of Amapá, Brazil. The present study establishes as a research problem: What can be the alternatives and guidelines for the hangover of Lagoa dos Índios according to what the Urban and Environmental Development Master Plan (PDDUA) proposes? Thus, the general objective becomes the elaboration of an urban and architectural proposal for the hangover of the Lagoa dos Índios. The following will be discussed: the methodological characterization of the Lagoa dos Índios hangover, the theoretical discussion of sustainable urban planning and the urban landscape applied to Lagoa dos Índios, the analysis of the master plan from the perspective of the natural landscape heritage of Lagoa dos Índios. Its purpose is applied research, seeking to use and produce knowledge to be used in a concrete situation, in this sense it will be making use of materials already produced previously on the topic discussed here and will also produce content to continue the present discussion. About the results, they will be presented in a quantitative and qualitative way, from the collection of information from primary and secondary sources, including bibliographic review and case studies. The nature of the research is predominantly descriptive since the author will use as sources works already produced, including Master's theses, monographs, books, scientific articles and other materials of an academic nature. In order to obtain such sources, it will be necessary to prepare a bibliographic review and documentary research, using legislation and other public documents.
