Proposta de padrão construtivo em madeira regional com aspectos culturais amazônicos: projeto de uma UBS no bairro Cidade Nova – Macapá/AP

Abstract

The Amapá is one of the states of the federation with the greatest difficulty of access by land because it is on one of the banks of the Amazon river, as well as it is geographically distant from the great capitals of Brazil, making it difficult and increasing the cost of construction in the state, the city of Macapá a large area of flooded regions called "hangovers". In these areas the great majority of the buildings use the wood as raw material, but in an empirical way and with buildings of low technical quality. In this the present work is in agreement with the recovery of the regional wood in detriment to the use of the oriented wood panels (OSB) used in the constructive pattern guided by the guidelines of SINAT 05, seeking economically to make a wood construction with high technical quality as recommended by NBR 15575: 2013. It also seeks to integrate the cultural aspects of the riverside and its wood constructions and present a model appropriate to the level of quality, energy efficiency and more appropriate to the environmental biomes found in the city of Macapá-Ap. Thus, we aim to present another constructive alternative in regional wood structural panels in detriment to the use of the OSB design pattern. In addition, we tried to validate this model by performing a comparative analysis of the proposed model in relation to a basic health unit in the Cidade Nova neighborhood in Macapá-AP, which is being erected in reinforced concrete and masonry. With this, we seek to present a proposal of an architectural model that prioritizes the cultural aspects, environmental comfort of the building, its rapid execution and a better energy and environmental balance.
