| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente artigo tem como objetivo pesquisar a problemática da migração intrarregional e a política migratória no âmbito do Mercosul no contexto das mudanças internacionais e evolução do bloco. Serão analisados ao longo do trabalho, as mudanças no contexto internacional e como a temática da migração acompanhou esse panorama, as visões e tensões a respeito dos principais meios adotados por estados com relação aos migrantes em seus territórios. Assim como o processo de integração regional, etapas e principais características. A evolução da política migratória no Mercosul e por fim análise do Acordo de Residência para os Nacionais dos Estados Partes do Mercosul, suas principais características e a importância desse instrumento para a integração da região e mobilidade dos cidadãos dos Estados Partes e para o tema migração intrarregional. Será utilizada a revisão bibliográfica de estudos na área, documentos de reuniões do Mercosul, o decreto e a lei que regulamenta o tema no Brasil, bem como portais oficiais de instituições ligadas à migração, direitos humanos e o bloco Mercosul |
| Abstract: | This Article aims to analyze the issue of intra - regional migration and migration policy within Mercosur in the context of international changes and the evolution of the bloc. Throughout the paper, the changes in the international context and how the migration theme has accompanied this panorama will be analyzed, as well as the visions and tensions regarding the main means adopted by states concerning the migrants in their territories. In addition, the regional integration process, steps and key features; The evolution of migration policy in Mercosur and finally the analysis of the Agreement of Residence for the Nationals of the States Parties of Mercosur, Bolivia and Chile, its main characteristics and the importance of this instrument for the integration of the region and mobility of the citizens of the States Parties and for the subject of intra-regional migration.
